Yesterday, I wrote about how today was supposed to be day 1 of my workout. I got sick. I’m currently shivering in bed under mounds of covers. Needless to say, I will not be jumping around, lifting weights, or measuring heart rate.

 If I just focus on mission. My workout I might be missing out on the bigger picture.
